Witch Week

Rubbing to edges and corners bumped.  Spine and covers creased.

The note said: SOMEONE IN THIS CLASS IS A WITCH.  It was written in capital letters in ordinary blue ballpoint, and it had appeared between two of the geography books Mr Crossley was marking.  Anyone could have written it.  Mr Crossley rubbed his ginger moustache unhappily.  He looked out over the bowed heads of Class 2Y, and wondered what to do about it.

When flocks of birds appear in music lessons, and everyone's shoes mysteriously go missing in the night, it becomes clear that somebody at Larwood House is a very powerful witch.  Confusion grows as more and more teachers and pupils start behaving suspiciously.  Just who is the witch?  And can whoever it is be stopped before the Inquisitor arrives?
